Do you give away free samples?
Yes, on occasion we send out promotional material and samples. If you would like to receive these, please subscribe by entering your email address in the box provided at the top of the website.
I spent £x but I got back £y instead. Why did this happen?
Purchases and refunds are processed in "real time". As you would be well aware, currency exchange rates change daily. All purchases and refunds are processed according to the currency exchange rate at the time.

Are all your products in stock?
Sometimes certain lines may become temporarily unavailable due to high demand.

If this should occur, a message next to the item will alert you if it is currently out of stock.
Can you post me your catalogue?
As an internet retailer, we do not carry printed media.
How do I order?
Simply choose the items you are interested in and adt them to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the directions.
How can I pay?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover Network through our secure authorized retailer 2Checkout.com.

You can also choose to pay via an electronic funds transfer directly into our nominated account or alternatively you may use Paypal to make your purchases. If you are a US resident, you do not need to open an account with Paypal in order to pay for a purchase.
I've bought some products off you, now what?
You will receive complete details of the products you purchased, prices and quantities purchased, along with shipping charges.

When your funds have been processed/cleared, your goods will dispatched and you will receive confirmation of shipping.
How will I know you've sent my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will be notified via the email adtress you provided.
How do I unsubscribe from your notifications?
To unsubscribe from our notifications, simply click on the link at the bottom of the emails we send you which offer an unsubscribe option.
What is your policy on refunds?
Very straight forward. If our products do not meet your satisfaction, simply return the unused portion to us within 21 days of purchase for a full refund including the cost of your postage.
How can I be sure my privacy is safe with you?
We value your business and want you back. We would never do anything to endanger that.
